Mehndi is a ceremony held the night before the wedding as a way of wishing the bride good health and prosperity ahead of her marriage. Sangeet means "to sing together," and is a prewedding ceremony with lots of dancing, games and singing. Location: TBD Attire: Party attire that you'd like to dance in and be photographed in Food: Chai and snacks will be provided upon arrival to the hotel. Dinner will be catered.

Bharaat procession/dance will be on the road outside leading to the temple. The ceremony will be a traditional Hindu wedding inside the temple.
As this is a village, the temple does not have AC, but it is usually breezy, so please consider material that is light and breathable, and come ready for a tropical experience. Location: Arasamangalam Perumal Temple Attire: Please wear temple appropriate attire (sari, lehenga/ghaghara, salwar kameez, veshti, suit, gown/dress). Wearing Indian dress is welcome, but it is not required. Avoid spaghetti straps, low cut tops and skirts/pants above the mid-calf. Shoes must be removed before entering the temple. Food: Breakfast and lunch will be catered, and we will return to Puducherry Le Pondy resort for dinner.
