When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than May 7th

Question

Will COVID test and/or vaccine be required of guests?

Answer

No. Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results will no longer be required of guests. However, we strongly recommend getting tested within a week before the wedding. Additionally, social distancing will be practiced and masks will be required for majority of the event.

What additional measures will be taken to maintain safety of guests?

Answer

Additional Covid protocol:  Staff will have their temperature taken upon arrival before each shift. The staff is also required to fill out a covid questionnaire. Over 100 guests all staff will be required to be tested.  Staff members are required to wear masks at all time as well as gloves which they will change continuously during the event.  Tables will be spaced 6 feet apart and we will allow a maximum of 10 to 12 guests per table.  Our building is cleaned before each event with hospital grade cleaners accepted by the CDC  High touched areas are wiped down continuously throughout the day.  We have sanitizing stations located throughout the building / As well as social distancing signs as reminders

Will social distancing be required?

Answer

Yes, there will be social distancing. ***Dancing (with masks) will be allowed in small groups, which will consist of whoever is sitting at your dining table in socially distanced designated dancing areas. Guests cannot move between dance areas. Ceremonial dances will be allowed.*** Cocktail Hour and Reception ‐ Guests must wear masks at all times except when seated

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors weather permitting.
