Ubers/Taxis will be the easiest! Please plan to arrive and enter through the East entrance of the building (note this is not up the main South steps). The East entrance (located on the east side of the Field Museum) is located off McFetridge and Museum Campus Drive. Head down McFetridge until you hit the stop sign. At the stop sign, turn left and loop around the Shedd if you are driving. After you loop around the Shedd and before you hit the stop sign at McFetridge, turn right at the East lot. You should see the East entrance from there. We will have staff on site at the East to make sure guests are at the correct entrance.
There will be limited parking available in the East Museum Lot for those who do decide to drive. The cost to park is $30, payable to the attendant when you enter. Search "east field museum lot" in Google Maps, where it labeled as "SP+ Parking" at 1252 Special Olympics Drive. It is near the East Entrance of the Field Museum (location described above).
