Our story begins on December 20th 2018. D.J. and Mykaela first met at our Delta job interview, DJ loves to say that he was looking for a job that day and Mykaela was looking for a husband. The night before they met Mykaela heard God clearly say "your life changes forever tomorrow." She thought that meant she was going to move states, start a new career and travel; and little did she know she would meet DJ the next day. DJ and Mykaela chatted for a little bit during the down time between interviews and as fate would have it they both got hired on the spot that day, without that their flight paths may have been diverted. Mykaela and DJ went their separate ways until they met back up for training in Atlanta. The two began casually dating during training and earned their wings together. In the midst of Covid, moving, welcoming a baby, and all kinds of other life events they remained eachothers steady and loved eachother more everyday.
