Shuttle

Shuttle Service

On the day of the ceremony, we will have shuttle service running between the hotel, the ceremony site, and the reception site. There are three parking lots/decks within walking distance of the Forest Theater where the ceremony will be held. If you are concerned about walking in the heat, you can park at the NC Botanical Gardens (reception site) and ride the shuttle to/from the ceremony. The shuttle will also pick up at the hotel and will drop off at the hotel after the reception. If you have any mobility limitations or questions concerning accessibility, please reach out to us.
