Question

Where will the Ceremony and Reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, CA.

What is the dress code/attire?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is Black Tie/Optional. Men should wear either a tuxedo or a dark suit. Women should wear a formal evening gown, full length dress, or fancy cocktail attire.

Will children be allowed?

Answer

As much as we love children, we will be having an adults only celebration.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside - Ceremony will be in the Horse Shoe Garden and Cocktail hour will be on the Viennese Terrace. The reception will take place inside in the Viennese Ballroom. The weather in the beginning of October is typically warmer in Southern California, so please plan accordingly.

Is there parking available at The Langham?

Yes, The Langham will have valet parking available.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! We have a wedding registry with both Geary's Beverly Hills and Port O'Call San Marino.

Can I take and post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with the hash tag #ToHotToHandler so we can keep track of all of your pictures! However, we do request no photos during the ceremony. We want everyone to be present with us as we say I Do!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

If I am traveling from out of town, where is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Pasadena is centrally located from most major airports in Southern California. The most popular airport to fly into is Los Angeles International (LAX), which is about 45 min. - 1 hour from Pasadena. Hollywood Burbank Airport is a smaller airport, and is about 20 minutes away.
