What time should I arrive?

~CEREMONY BEGINS AT 1 O'CLOCK~

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to allow everyone to be seated and give our fantastic photographers and videographers the chance to capture every moment.


Can I bring a date?

~ONLY IF YOUR INVITATION SPECIFIES~

Due to limited space, food and drinks, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one/guest, they will appear when you RSVP!

Can I take pictures?

~NO PHONES OR CAMERAS PLEASE~

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" which means all phones and cameras should be away, off and/or silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!


Will there be a bar?

~YES! BUT NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES~

We will be supplying beer, wine and a specialty cocktail! We also will have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. However, due to venue policy and regulations, you are NOT allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises. Please plan your rides accordingly!

Is there parking available?

~ABSOLUTLEY~

There is complimentary guest parking at the venue located right in front of the barn. The entire venue, including the parking lot, is handicap/wheelchair accessible. We do recommend carpooling to prevent over-crowding.


How does seating work?

~PICK A SEAT, NOT A SIDE~

The ceremony will be open seating so no matter which side you choose, you'll get a groom either way! We will have ushers to guide you to open rows or seats to help the overall flow for the ceremony. However, we are requesting you avoid the first 2 rows on each side for immediate family, wedding party and our special remembrance section for those who have passed.

Indoor or Outdoor Wedding?

~IT WILL BE BOTH~

The ceremony will be held outside in front of the chapel. Following that, there will be a cocktail hour outside on the lawn that will transition into the reception which will be held inside the barn. You are more than welcome to be inside or outside for the reception after the first dance and cake cutting. There will be music and drinks no matter where you're at!


What food is being served?

~ASSORMENTS FOR EVERYBODY~

We have carefully designed and selected many different appetizers, finger-food and main dishes from Horsewood Catering. We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration to the fullest! We'll be offering a variety of food options to accommodate different dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.
