Question

PLEASE READ - What are your COVID precautions?

Answer

We've made a lot of progress since 2020, but we still want to be cautious. While we are not requiring masks for our event, we do recommend and encourage testing prior to the big day. If you are feeling ill (cough, fever, runny nose, congestion, etc.), have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, or have tested positive yourself, we kindly ask that you do not attend for your safety and the safety of others.

Question

Important Note - Can I take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please don't! While the bride and groom appreciate that you want to capture the events of such a special day, they have hired professionals to do just that! As such, please keep your phones and other cameras in your pockets and let the experts do their thing.

Question

Is this an unplugged event?

Answer

It is! Please be sure to have all your electronics turned off or on silent and put away during the entirety of the ceremony.

Question

What do I wear to the ceremony/reception? Is this an indoors or outdoors event?

Answer

We kindly request a semi-formal dress code (cocktail attire) for our wedding. The ceremony will take place indoors at St. Michael Catholic Church with an outdoor reception to follow at the Centennial Plaza. Please keep in mind that the Mississippi coast in May can still be very hot and humid, no cardigans necessary! Also, considering that the reception will be outdoors, we highly recommend and encourage the ladies to avoid spiked heels. We don't want ya'll to sink!

Question

What will happen if there is inclement weather?

Answer

In the event that the weather takes a turn for the worse, the reception will still be held at the Centennial Plaza, but at their event space called The Chapel.

Question

Are children allowed at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask for no children under the age of 10 to be in attendance. Our wedding will be an 'adults-only' event. As such, we appreciate any arrangements you are able to make ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 10, 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date, we unfortunately cannot make accommodations.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 2:30pm CDT. For parking and seating, we recommend arriving between 2:00pm-2:15pm CDT. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late seating- please arrive on time!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both St. Michael and Centennial Plaza have spacious parking lots, as well as street side/beach parking.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Many of our guests have their plus ones included in the invitation- if you didn't, please feel free to ask us! We understand not wanting to travel alone/wanting to bring a date.
