Welcome to Spain! Check in, get settled and soak up the surroundings. Whether you fancy a siesta, a dip in the pool, or a glass of something chilled on the terrace, the day is yours to unwind after your travels. We can’t wait to kick things off properly later in the evening! Although check in isn't until 3pm, guests can arrive and use the facilities from 10am.
Welcome Paella Party
7:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Dress code: Relaxed Sunset Soirée - Elegant but easy. Think breezy dresses, smart shorts or chinos with crisp shirts.
There will be dinner & drinks served, overlooking the sunset. To celebrate your arrival, an open bar will run 7:30pm - 9pm. Plus, our close friend Billy will be on the decks and serving up the tunes all night. Get ready for good vibes and great cocktails! We can't wait to see you!

The Big Day 5K
9:00 am
The groom will be leading a 5km fun run around the grounds and nearby trails. If you’re feeling competitive or just need to shake off last night’s celebrations, lace up and join in! Athletes assemble at reception at 8:50am.
Pool Party
11:00 am
Take the morning at your own pace, after a good night’s sleep and a buffet breakfast, feel free to do whatever helps you ease into the day. The wedding party will be poolside after breakfast, come and join the fun if you're in the mood! Or, if you’re after something a little more chilled, relax on one of the shaded terraces, catch some rays on the day-beds or sunbathe by the second pool. You could also take a bike ride through the vineyards, or enjoy a peaceful stroll around the beautiful hotel grounds.
Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm
Dress code: Garden Formal - Elegant dresses & gowns, open collar suits or summer tuxedos. No ties required. Overdressing is encouraged! Leave poolside attire and flip flops behind.
Please gather at 4pm outside the onsite chapel for bubbles with the groom ahead of the ceremony at 4:30pm. The ceremony will be held outside in the olive gardens.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Join us for cocktails, canapés, and a cheers (or two!). Please enjoy an open bar during this special part of the day & take all of those 'golden hour' snaps!
Speeches & Wedding Breakfast
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join us for a celebratory feast at sunset as we sit down to share delicious food, toasts and plenty of bubbles. Get ready for laughter, love and a few surprises before the dancing begins!
The First Dance

We can’t wait to dance the night away with you in the castle wine cellar nightclub, with special guest DJ Chimmi Hendrixx, followed by karaoke until 3am! Ready to dance 'til dawn? To keep you moving & grooving, there will be late night snacks served and drinks are on us 10pm - midnight!

Farewell!

Join us for a slow morning and a final breakfast together. While checkout is by 11am, the venue is ours until 2pm, so take your time... Take one last dip and know how grateful we are you came, we’ll be waving you off with full hearts and slightly sore feet.
