We are thrilled to announce that we will elope in the heart of the Eternal City on October 7th, 2026. Beneath the Pino trees in the gardens of Hotel de Russie, and surrounded by our parents and siblings, we will exchange vows and begin our forever. Though our ceremony will be an intimate one, our celebration would not feel complete without the rest of our cherished family and friends. The future Muschis’ story began thanks to a little matchmaking by Melanie’s cousin and David’s former co-resident, Adam. Melanie and David were first introduced in October 2022 at Ball & Biscuit in downtown Indianapolis. While memory may not be David’s strongest suit, he can still tell you exactly which booth the future Mrs. Muschi was sitting in. At the time, Melanie was just visiting her brother, and life soon pulled them in different directions. But fate had other plans. A new job and a move brought Melanie back to Indianapolis in mid-December, and on December 30, the two found themselves seated across from one another at Adam’s birthday dinner. Just one day later, they rang in the New Year together — and they’ve been side by side ever since.
