The ceremony will be held outside as well as cocktail hour which will be under the porch of the Pavilion. Followed by an inside reception.
The venue is in a gated community which will be open on the day of the event. There are two parking lots on both sides of the Pavilion. If those are both full, please park against the fence line across the street of the Pavilion nose in. There will be signs posted.
Semi-formal attire! No blue jeans or denim, please. Reminder - though this wedding is taking place close to Christmas, it is not Christmas themed. So, please leave your jingle bells at home :)
We will have open seating for the ceremony and the reception! Please do not pick a side and sit wherever you may like. There will be a few rows reserved for family which will be marked.
The ceremony will be unplugged! Please enjoy the moment in real time with us! Our amazing photographers will be capturing every moment for us to look back to so we can share them later! However, during the reception, please video and take pictures all night to share with us later!
Due to limited capacity, invitations will be specific and will include all the names of children who are invited. However, we hope that you can use this event as a "night out" for yourself!
Due to venue capacity, invitations will be addressed to those invited and will specify if you have an option to bring a date. Thank you for understanding.
We want to try to do everything to make sure you feel safe eating. There will be an option to fill out food allergy concerns when you RSVP. There will be gluten free food options during cocktail hour and dinner.
We recommend Lyft or Uber to and from your Hotel/loggings.
The ceremony will start at 4 pm. Please arrive between 3:30-3:45. There will be someone directing you to the ceremony space.
