Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
To help us with our planning, please RSVP by March 30th, 2025 via the QR code on your invitation or by mail using the RSVP card and envelope provided. We need to provide our venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, so if we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will mark you as a 'no.' Thank you for your understanding!
Yes! The dress code is Formal with Black Tie Optional. This means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. No jeans please! We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, ivories, and creams).
Our ceremony will be held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors. Our reception will be held indoors.
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for family to have the first few rows. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables accordingly so please see our seating chart during cocktail hour.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00 PM with guests having the opportunity to arrive up to 30 minutes early for welcome drinks. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests into the ceremony seating or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, hang tight, and we will see you at cocktail hour! Thank you for understanding!
Yes, there is complimentary parking available at our venue.
Yes! There will be a shuttle service available from hotels listed in the travel section to the venue. These same shuttles will be available at the end of the night for the return trip to the hotels.
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken during this time. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception and cocktail hour. This is such a special day for us, and we have an incredible photography team documenting our entire day, giving you the opportunity to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!
