Travel

Areas to Stay in Oslo Oslo is a compact and easy city to get around. Choosing the right neighborhood can make your stay even more enjoyable. Here are a few areas we recommend: Sentrum / Karl Johans Gate The heart of Oslo and the most central location in the city. Staying here puts you within walking distance of major sights like the Royal Palace, Oslo Opera House, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect for first-time visitors. Aker Brygge & Tjuvholmen A lively waterfront area known for great restaurants, harbor views, and modern architecture. A beautiful place to stay if you want to enjoy the fjord and outdoor dining. Frogner An elegant neighborhood with charming streets, cafés, and close proximity to Vigeland Park. Quieter than the city center but still very central. Grünerløkka Oslo’s trendy district filled with cafés, vintage shops, bars, and great restaurants. Ideal for a more local and creative atmosphere. We have included a few hotel recommendations below.

Flight

Oslo,Gardermoen

The best airport to fly into will be Oslo, Gardermoen. From there, we recommend taking the airport train into Oslo City. The second best option will be Torp, Sandefjord. From there we recommend taking the bus to Oslo.
