We're getting married!

Both Duquesne University graduates (David-BS Biology, 2014 & MBA, 2019/Maggie-BS Secondary Education, 2017 & MEd, 2023), David and Maggie met on campus. During their first date downtown, they laughed about their large Irish & Italian families, discussed their mutual love of wine, shared their favorite movies, and both knew they found something special. Many study dates in Gumberg library, dates downtown, shopping sprees in Target, a new home, a mischievous cat, and flights across the country later, the rest is history ♥️

Almost 3 years later, David & Maggie jetted across the country on a summer vacation to Sedona, Arizona. Packing the ring in his suitcase, and praying his luggage did not get lost, David planned a private tour of the city. During a gorgeous, sunshine-filled morning on top of the Rocky Mountains overlooking Sedona, David asked Maggie the question he wanted to ask her since the moment they first met--and she said yes ♥️

David and Maggie have both always called Pittsburgh home. After spending their years together at Duquesne, the two decided a home in the North Hills--Maggie's childhood home and an area close to both of their families--was the place for them. Now, they spend their days cooking together, playing with their cat Tucker, visiting their families, and cheering on the Steelers in their first home ♥️
