How far is the venue from Medford?

Answer

The venue is approximately 30-40 minutes out of Medford, and about 20 minutes out of Grants Pass. Please plan accordingly, but don't worry. We'll keep you well fed and entertained. There will be an open bar, but due to the location, uber is not an option. Please drink responsibly; plan to have a designated driver, or wait until you're safe to drive before you leave.

Are kids allowed?

Absolutely! If your invite includes your children, your envelope will have been addressed to your "household".

Are phones allowed?

Answer

Yes, just not during the ceremony. We will remind you to please put your phone away before the ceremony starts. During the reception, you're more than welcome to have your phone out to take photos!

What am I supposed to wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal. Think: what you would wear to an upscale restaurant. That being said, the ceremony will be outdoors, on a grass lawn. Wear shoes that you're comfortable walking on grass in. The reception will take place indoors on the same property, so don't worry about being cold/hot.

Will there be accommodations available?

Answer

We want all of our people to have a great time, regardless of physical ability. There will be a golf cart taxi available to take those who need it from the parking lot to the ceremony lawn, from the ceremony lawn to the reception, etc. William Evans will be our driver for the evening.
