What should I wear?

Answer

Our celebration will take place in an outdoor setting, and we invite guests to dress in garden formal attire. Elegant dresses and tailored suits are encouraged, with bright colors, florals, and timeless silhouettes. (No white please!) Dressy shoes suitable for grass are recommended. Are kids welcome?

We adore your little ones, but due to venue limitations we are hosting an adults-only wedding. Thank you for understanding! We hope this gives you an opportunity to enjoy a date night as we celebrate together.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 PM, please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure you can find a good seat and enjoy the views of Old Oaks Winery! If you plan to use our shuttle services from the hotel, see below for more information.

Is there transportation from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle services will be available from The Hotel Blackhawk to Old Oaks Winery at 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM. The coach allows 28 passengers each ride, pease plan in advance for shuttle service use to ensure available seats! The shuttle will resume for guests to return Downtown Davenport at 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Old Oaks has approximately 100 parking spots available. If you plan to join us for our after party in Downtown Davenport we encourage you to use our shuttle services leaving Hotel Blackhawk, or Uber.
