Dreher Island isn't too far away if you are wanting somewhere to explore while you are visiting. This place would be great for a small hike, fishing, and it has some playgrounds scattered throughout for the little ones.
The zoo, located in Columbia, was a frequent date location for Leah and David while they were at USC. Fun fact: This is where we were supposed to meet other friends for a fun-filled day in August of 2022. Our friends ended up being three hours late, leaving us time to get to know each other, alone.
