Question

Can I come to the wedding ceremony if I'm not Catholic?

Answer

Absolutely! We are incredibly honored to have you attend the sacrament of our marriage, even if you aren’t Catholic! We do kindly ask that you do not receive communion if you are not a practicing Catholic. You are welcome to either stay seated in the pew, or if you are comfortable doing so, you can come up for a blessing from the priest. Just cross your arms in front of your chest and the priest will know to give you a blessing.

Question

How long will the ceremony be?

Answer

It's going to be a full Catholic nuptial mass, so it should be about an hour.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We'll have cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers right after the ceremony and then BBQ will be served at 4. It will be self serve food and alcohol. We'll provide Truly's, beer, wine, and champagne, as well as soda, tea, and lemonade. Feel free to bring hard alcohol if you'd like :)

Question

Should I wear a mask?

Answer

You aren't required to wear one. But if you'd prefer to wear one, you're more than welcome to! We respect whichever decision you make and are so excited to be able to see you!
