Please keep in mind the last day to book for these rates is Wednesday, May 14, 2025. We will be periodically adding additional rooms to this block as they fill up. Shuttle will run from the TownPlace Suites Grafton to the venue beginning at 4:40pm. Please note these are estimated times. 4:40pm pickup at hotel [Depart 4:50pm] 5:15pm pickup at hotel [Depart 5:20pm] Shuttle will begin bringing guests back to the designated hotel at the end of the night beginning at 9:30pm. LAST DEPARTURES OF THE NIGHT: 11:05pm arrival, 11:15pm departure 11:50 arrival, 12:00pm departure
