Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal. Please refrain from wearing white. The ceremony will take place outside that requires walking on grass, choose your shoes wisely.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue.

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive between 4:00-4:20pm to have adequate time to park and make your way to the outdoor ceremony.

Am I allowed to take pictures?

Answer

Photos are welcome throughout the night but please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As this is an intimate wedding unless your invitation includes a plus one please do not ask to bring one.

Question

Is transportation provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus that will transport guests to and from the venue, departing from and returning to the Residence Inn by Marriott - Hartford Avon. Additional details will be posted under “Travel”.
