What do I wear?
Answer
Our wedding is cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outside, so prepare for some summer heat. But once the sun goes down, the coastal breeze picks up, so bring a jacket.

What time should I get there?
Answer
Doors will open at 5:00PM and the ceremony will start at 5:30PM sharp. Please plan to arrive when doors open so we can get started on schedule. We want to maximize time on the dance floor!

Franciscan Gardens is located at: 31815 Camino Capistrano San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 United States From the 5 South, exit Ortega Highway (CA-74) and make a right. Make another right to stay on Ortega Hwy. Make a left on Camino Capistrano. There will be a driveway on the right hand side after Sun Dried Tomato Cafe that takes you into the parking structure. From the 5 North, exit Ortega Highway (CA-74) and make a left. Make a right to stay on Ortega Hwy. Make a left on Camino Capistrano. There will be a driveway on the right hand side after Sun Dried Tomato Cafe that takes you into the parking structure.

Where do I park?
Answer
We recommend using the multiple free open-space parking lots surrounding the venue. The structure behind the venue is paid and has a 3-hour time limit, and the valet requires you to pick up your keys by 10pm.
Question
What if I don’t want to drive? There is an open bar, after all.
Answer
There’s always Uber or Lyft, but another option is the city trolley that only operates on weekends during the summer. It’s free and has a stop that drops you off right next to the venue (El Adobe Plaza stop). It runs every 20 minutes from 11am to 9pm, so if you choose to take the trolley to the wedding prepare to take an Uber back. Check with your hotel’s front desk/AirBnb host to see if the trolley is a good option.

Where should I stay?
Answer
If you plan to stay in the area, there are a few hotels we’d recommend. Check out the Residence Inn Dana Point San Juan Capistrano or the DoubleTree Suites Doheny Beach. The city trolley makes a stop at the Residence Inn; ask the front desk for the trolley schedule. There are also AirBnb options in the area. Homes in the Doheny Beach/northern Capistrano Beach/southern Dana Point area are about a 10-15 minute drive to Franciscan Gardens.

Can I bring my kids?

Our event is adults only! Please leave the kiddos at home and enjoy a night out, complete with delicious food, open bar, and dancing under the stars.
