FAQs

Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1, 2019. Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate late RSVPs nor anyone beyond our guest list.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

In the words of Barney Stinson, "SUIT UP!" Otherwise, cocktail attire, please. We definitely want you to be comfortable though. Just no jeans, please.

Question

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We would ask that you please leave your cameras at home and your cell phones off during the ceremony. We dropped a major dime on an awesome photographer, so he'll take it from here. You can take as many pics and selfies as you want during the reception.

Question

When should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

To make sure you find parking and your seat, we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 3:00 p.m.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If specified on your invite, absolutely! But if you needed an excuse to get a babysitter, we're having an open bar, so... Feel free to bring any handheld games or anything else to entertain them as well.

Question

What's the parking situation?

Answer

If you are staying at Hotel Vandivort, there is private parking around the corner from the hotel. If you are staying elsewhere, there is free street parking and free parking garages at the corner of W. McDaniel Street and S. Campbell Ave. which is about a 5-10 minute walk from Hotel Vandivort.

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Oh hell yeah! Food was David's top priority. We will be serving dinner and we're having an open bar.
