Transportation from Hampton Inn & Suites in Newtown will be provided. This shuttle will bring hotel guests to the church, then will be available to take all guests from the church to the venue. At the end of the night, it will run overnight guests of Hampton Inn & Suites back to the hotel. For guests staying downtown, Ubers and Lyfts are always available in the area at the end of the night.
Black Tie Optional: We’d love to see everyone get dressed up with us, so our preferred attire is midi to floor length dresses and suits!
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we’ve decided to keep our ceremony and reception as an adults only event. We hope it will be a great opportunity to relax and have fun!
For our ceremony, we ask that you arrive at 3:45. We want everyone to have time to find their family, friends, and a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:00.
There is a parking lot at the church, when looking at the building it is located on the right-hand side.
There is a parking lot with complimentary valet service at Hotel du Village.
Yes! When you arrive at the church, there is a ramp located by the parking lot that leads right to the side entrance of the church. The venue is also handicap accessible!
The entirety of our ceremony will take place inside of the church. The reception will also take place indoors, however there is an outdoor patio with fire pits for our guests to enjoy! This outdoor area is fully paved, so you can feel comfortable wearing your favorite heels and best dress shoes.
Our venue has a scratch kitchen on-site, which will be able to accommodate most allergies or dietary restrictions. If you have additional concerns please reach out to Kelly or David directly!
