Is this a child-free wedding?

Answer

Absolutely not! We love kids and are happy to have them included in the festivities! That being said, we do have a limited guest list in terms of headcount, so please plan to only have the number of guests on your RSVP attend.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want all of our guests to feel their best! For those that want more detailed ideas of what David and Katie were picturing for guests read on... Think Easter Sunday! Fun, bright colors, lightweight and flowy fabrics. Not a backyard BBQ, but a dressed up garden party. We'd love for women to wear fun, colorful sundresses or trousers and a fun top. Lots of movement in the fabric. Floral prints are definitely on theme, but any favorite outfit that you'd wear to a party should fit the bill. For men we'd be expecting semi-formal. Jeans are fine with dress shoes and jacket, but if you're skipping the jacket due to the weather, we'd recommend khakis or light dress pants. Dark colors work too, but pops of bright, cheerful colors are preferred. We've got nothing against sneakers like Chuck Taylors, but we're going for a balance of formal and casual, so definitely dress pants, jacket, and tie if you're going for more laid back footwear. This should go without saying...but the bride and groom have heard too many horror stories so just to be clear...please don't wear white. (Yes off white counts as white, and if it's got a pattern - what's the base color?) If you're still unsure feel free to reach out to the couple! They can't wait to see everyone!

Is there a specific website for booking hotels?

Unfortunately, the minimum requirements at the local and semi-local hotels prevented us from getting blocks of rooms. However! We do have recommendations for guests on the 'Travel' tab of our website. Air BnBs abound in the Fallbrook area!
