Due to low demand, there won't be any shuttles to and from Donnelly or McCall, but there is plenty of parking at the base of the lift in Tamarack as well as in the main Tamarack village. If anyone has concerns about transportation please reach out to David and Kaity and we can help coordinate a carpool with you or find another alternative!
Yes, shuttles will begin running at 1:45 PM from Osprey Lodge, and pick up in the roundabout in Tamarack Village, which is on the west of the village. Shuttles will also be available from the bottom of the lift back to the village after the reception. Guests are also welcome to walk, and you can also rent a golf cart from the resort! We're excited to share that guests will ride a chairlift to the venue! You'll need to sign a waiver in advance - you can find and sign the waiver here: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5ea1dabe0c2dc/web/ Please note, while the chairlift ride should be a fun, exhilarating experience, it may be overstimulating for those who are unfamiliar chairlifts or have a fear of heights. The chairlifts have a safety bar, but if you have any additional concerns, please reach out to Kaity or Dave.
There is plenty of parking at the base of the chairlift, and in Tamarack Village which is walking distance to the chairlift that you will ride to the venue. There will be signs directing you where to go. Carpooling is also a great option!
The dress code is cocktail attire. Please refrain from casual attire such a jeans, cargo pants, flip flops, etc. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and avoiding stilettos. The venue is in the middle of a ski hill and the terrain is rocky, grassy, and steep in some areas. We will provide shuttle transportation for those uncomfortable with the terrain.
We love your little ones, but this will be an adults only affair, especially because guests will ride a chairlift to the venue!
The weather appears to be cooling down the weekend of the wedding, and the chairlift can be windy. Please bring a layer in case it’s chilly.
