Who should I contact if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
Vietnamese cuisine will be served at both the luncheon and reception; lunch will be buffet style while dinner will include an eight course family style meal. The buffet and family style meals will give you the freedom to choose what ends up on your plate although we ask that you alert us of any dietary restrictions when sending your RSVP.
