We met in 2023 at a friends house. Mercy had invited Julie over to do her makeup for a gospel concert where we were scheduled to perform as back up for Uniekgrace. We did not know that this day will change our lives. Although we met in 2023, our first date happened one year later. The plan was to go for a run together, but due to unexpected circumstances, it did not happen. Instead, the day turned into something even better, our first date. We went for a simple walk and had lunch. No elaborate plans, just easy conversations and effortless laughter. From the very first day, everything felt natural. We connected in a way that was calm, genuine and undeniable. What started in an ordinary living room on an ordinary day, has grown into a love we are deeply grateful for. 6 months after that first date, we found ourselves planning a life together. Now we are excited to begin forever, hand in hand, hearts aligned, and thankful for the beautiful love we share with everyone present.
