Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we would love to see our families and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal to formal attire. Please plan to dress in fall colors, men in collared shirts and ladies in dresses. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. Note: heels optional as we will be on the lawn for the ceremony.

Transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have 1 bus making trips every hour on the hour starting at 3:30pm. It will be picking up at the Turning Stone Casinos tower valet entrance and dropping back off at the end of the night. Additionally, if you plan to drive to the venue but might need a shuttle at the end of the night, we are permitted to leave vehicles in the lot at the venue. Note that all hotels near the Turning Stone do have shuttles to and from the Turning Stone as well.

Your RSVP is specific, please refer to your invitation. If a plus one is needed, please reach out to either David or Johnny to see if space is available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we both can't wait to be dads ourselves, this event is for adults only (21+).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We plan to say I do at exactly 4:44 (4 is our lucky number). So please plan to be in your seats no later than 4:30. It is 22 minutes from the Turning Stone Casino and just a short walk across the lawn to your seat. The shuttle will leave the Turning Stone at 3:45.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has free onsite parking and you can leave your vehicle overnight if need be. The lot is directly across the street from the venue, there will be golf carts available for those who may need assistance getting to the ceremony.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors. Please check the weather and dress accordingly.
