As someone once said, "if you don't like the weather in Colorado, wait 5 minutes" It will likely be warm and sunny during the daytime and drop to colder temperatures after dark. We recommend bringing layers with you and prepare for both hot and cold.
Yes! Please check the shuttle schedule on the Travel page. These will be first come, first served. Be ready for the early trip at 3:00pm if you want to be guaranteed a shuttle. In addition to shuttles, Uber is readily available in Denver or you can drive and park for free at the venue.
Please do not bring children or plus ones who were not explicitly listed on your invitation. Dogs approved on a case-by-case basis. (jk)
Hydration, sunscreen, layers. Denver is a high altitude city and you are literally closer to the sun. Wear sunscreen if you plan to be outdoors, and drink way more water than you think you need - especially if you are drinking alcohol! Also, the temperature can go from 0-60 (actually) in no time. It could be a perfect beach day, or a blizzard in October. It snowed 2 ft on Joanna's graduation day in May from CU! (the next day was a perfect sunny and 75) Check the weather and come prepared - you truly never know what might happen!
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, Little Black Dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. No need to bust out the formal evening gowns or tuxedo, but suits and nice dresses are encouraged. Dress to impress, people!
