Things To Do

Portland has an amazing food and drinks scene. And if you're staying downtown or in the Old Port, you really wont have any need for a car. There are hundreds of bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance!
Here's some pro tips:
BEST casual sushi: Yosaku
Best fancy sushi: Miyaki (fore street)
Best ramen: Pai Men Miyake
Unreal thai food: Crispy Gai or Boda
Oysters/raw bar: The Shop by Island Creek Oysters, or Eventide (difficult to get in)
Incredible italian food: Via Vecchia (really beautiful inside)
Super local seafood spot: J's Oyster
Honestly, there are too many amazing restaurants to list, and many more I haven't even tried!
Incredible local breweries:
Austin Street Brewery
Banded Brewing Co.
Definitive Brewing Company
Goodfire Brewing Company
Liquid Riot Bottling Company
Lone Pine Brewing
Oxbow Blending and Bottling
Rising Tide Brewing Company
Great cocktails:
Hunt and Alpine Club (David's favorite)
