Hello Everyone! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have changed our venue location to the Vineyards at Pine Lake which is about 15 minutes from our original venue. We are planning to have a brief ceremony at the vineyards with a reception immediately following. Our loved one's health and safety is very important to us. As of June, Ohio is permitting wedding receptions of up to 300 people. We will be following specific guidelines if they are still in place on July 3rd... such as distancing tables 6ft, having staff serve any food, etc. Masking is not mandatory in Ohio, however please follow whatever guidelines and precautions are best for you and your family! Weather permitting, this venue has a large patio and plenty of outdoor space in which guests can spread out and get some fresh air, if they would like. We know that these are trying and confusing times. We also know in the bottom of our hearts that you all would attend if you could! We fully and completely understand if you are unable to make it to our celebration. Please make whatever choice feels right and is best for you and your family. If you would please RSVP by June 8th at the latest, it would greatly be appreciated. God bless.
It took the world wide web to bring these two together after growing up only miles apart from one another. Their first date took place in Cranberry, PA at a restaurant (we'll omit the name) with a broken AC unit. It was so bad that David removed the lightbulb from the fixture above the table in a desperate attempt of cooling the two slightly nervous and sweaty individuals down. Although dinner was a bust and ended early, the night continued on to a nearby bar (with a fuctioning AC!) where David and Jess talked for hours. It was the start of something amazing that led them to saying, “I do.”
November 29, 2019 - David, Jess, and Harper spent the day after Thanksgiving relaxing at home while decorating for Christmas. Later in the day, while Jess was getting ready for dinner, David pulled Harper aside and quietly had a pep talk regarding the pending engagement. Harper immediately ran downstairs and started saying "Jessie, ring. Jessie, where's your ring?". David played it off and brought Jess one of Harper's toy rings. A little bit later, the Christmas music that had been playing all day, was replaced with a familiar and very meaningful song. David and Harper each grabbed one of Jess's hands and asked her to be a part of their family forever.
