Do we need a passport?

Answer

Yes. Passports take about 16-20 weeks to receive. You need a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond your intended stay.

Do we need to fill out an ED card?

Answer

Yes. Embarkation-Disembarkation Card that every tourist needs to fill out regardless of age to be able to enter Aruba. You will be able to fill it out online one week prior to your flight departure.

Do we need to purchase travel insurance?

Answer

Strongly recommend. Travel Guard or Allianz are two companies highly recommended.

Will there be transportation provided to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Aruba Surf Club, complimentary transportation will be provided by a shuttle service at approximately 4:45pm. If you are staying at a place other than the Surf Club, taxi service will be available upon request.

Is there a dress code for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Beach Casual Women should opt for a simple sundress, breezy maxi dress, or high-quality romper. And while dressy sandals are acceptable, avoid standard, beachwear flip-flops. Nice, short-sleeved shirts, such as polos, are permitted for men, as well as nice shorts (think Chinos) with a belt. In general, stick with lighter colors and/or bold prints, and absolutely avoid denim, cargo, swim shorts, and cotton T-shirts. Deck shoes, loafers, or sandals are acceptable footwear, avoid sneakers and flip-flops.

Strongly recommend especially for popular restaurants. Depending on the restaurant, you can make a reservation as early as 6 months prior to your trip.
