Question

What is the schedule for the weekend?

Answer

We’ll kick off the celebration with a welcome reception Friday evening. Our wedding will take place Saturday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Sunday is reserved for departures and travel home.

What should I wear?

Answer

Friday’s welcome reception is elevated casual—comfortable, stylish, and suitable for a mix of indoor/outdoor space (including grass). Saturday’s wedding is formal attire. Our color palette is yellow, white, and sage green—feel free to incorporate these if you’d like!

Will events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Events will be a mix of indoor and outdoor settings. The welcome reception includes lawn space near the river, and portions of the wedding will also take place outdoors. We recommend appropriate footwear and bringing a light layer for the evening.

Answer

Moab in March typically offers beautiful daytime weather, with cooler temperatures in the evening. Layers are encouraged so you can stay comfortable throughout the night.

Do I need to RSVP for each event?

Yes, please let us know which events you’ll be attending when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Are guests expected to attend all events?

Not at all! While we’d love to see you at everything, please join for whatever fits your schedule.

What should we do during the day on Saturday?

Answer

Moab is full of incredible outdoor experiences, and we highly encourage you to get out and explore! The Adventure Center at the front desk can help coordinate a variety of activities, including river rafting, horseback riding, zip lining, base jumping, hot air balloon rides, skydiving, RZR riding, Jeep tours, hiking, and more. If you’re planning an activity, we recommend booking something in the morning—ideally between 6:00 AM and 12:00–1:00 PM—and looking for tours around 3–4 hours in length so you have plenty of time to relax and get ready before the wedding at 4:00 PM.

We recommend planning your own transportation to and from the venue. Additional details will be shared closer to the wedding.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We highly recommend staying at Red Cliffs Lodge, where our wedding will take place—the rooms are incredible and the setting is truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for more cost-friendly options, there are many great hotels and accommodations available in Moab just a short drive away.

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows you to relax and fully enjoy the weekend with us!
