To help with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However the deadline is Sept 1, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a no. We need to give final headcounts to the venue and catering in a timely manner.
We are planning colorful & festive boho event with a little western flair. The wedding will be very modern autumn moody colors, The Bridesmaids are each wearing a different color dress similar to spice, olive, burgundy, cream and rose. The groomsman are all wearing different shades of brown/ khaki suits. Primarily the table decor will be shades of green, brown & amber with accents of wood and brass including the bright colors of burgundy, rose, pinks and oranges provided by many florals. We plan to have color and dimension all over the place We want everyone to be comfortable but have fun with their attire. Ladies can wear dresses or jumpsuits with a fun print, florals or even plain colors it can be long, short or have some flair. Guys can wear slacks of any color, khaki pants with a nice shirt or a shirt & tie. Jacket / Sports Coat optional. Would prefer no jeans or LBD. Think funky formal or fall garden party with a touch of western ( boots optional ) but we just want you to have fun with it and don't worry about matching the wedding because we want colors and vibes everywhere.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests that have been formally invited. If you received a plus one or one of your children is named on your invitation they will be specifically indicated on the subject line. Otherwise we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance. We love you all and all the kids but could only accommodate a certain number of overall guests.
Should that even be a question. We will have an open bar with a cocktail list, beer and seltzers. Party accordingly.
The ceremony will take place outside. Cocktail hour will include the outside patio space but the reception space will be open as well as the bar will be inside.
Yes there is a parking lot available but we would prefer anyone that will be drinking to just take the shuttle
We hired First Student, yes the school bus system to transport all of our guests from the hotel to the venue & back to ensure we all can Party like a Rockstar but still be safe. Prior to the ceremony the shuttle schedule is as follows 315pm and 4pm . We will resume service at 900pm and have continuous shuttles until the end of the event. We are requiring all guests who want to take the shuttle to the venue to sign up for a timeslot. Also please be waiting in the lobby of the Hampton Inn & Suites 10 mins prior to your chosen time so we can load and unload quickly.

Yes one reason why we loved it is that there as ADA accessibility to every area of the venue. You will pull up to the main entrance to drop off anyone needing assistance and take the paved path to the ceremony area.
We have block rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites Greensburg, You can book using the link under the Travel Tab. Block Rooms close on Sept 1st 2026. If we fill up the Hampton Inn We can get more block rooms at the Holiday Inn down the street but the shuttle will only be leaving from the Hampton Inn & Suites
