What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We are looking for semi-formal attire, but dress for the weather! Our beautiful garden venue will be outdoors, so prepare for the warm and sunny! We kindly ask that our guests avoid casual jean attire and use our event as an excuse to dress up and get out the fancy clothes that might be hiding in your closet. We invite you to wear your sundresses, cocktail attire, and button-ups. If you would like to match our theme, we encourage baby blues, peaches, and lilacs!

What are the Food and Drink Expectations?

Answer

We will be having charcuterie-style boards during our reception and will have desserts and cake to share! We will not be having plated dinners; later in the evening, we will be having a food truck come in. Please note that the truck is not pre-paid and will require payment day of, so please plan for this! It is soul-food based and prices will range from $10-$20. We will have drinks provided all night but this is a dry event; no alcohol will be provided and no alcohol will be permitted to be brought in on our special day.

Do we need to bring a gift?

Answer

Wedding gifts are always appreciated but definitely not required! If you would like to bring or send a gift, please visit our registry page to see what we like and or/need. If you would like to send a gift but are unable to attend, you may ship it to 235 Maxwell Drive, Lexington NC, 27295. There is no pressure regardless, your presence is the best present!
