Maid of Honor
It was the 2nd day of kindergarten when our friendship (and sisterhood!) began. We bonded over books-on-tape and a love for Polly-Pockets and Barbies. She's my oldest friend and has been there with me through all of my major milestones, including this incredible journey. She now lives in Minneapolis, MN working as an Assistant Media Planner at Haworth Marketing + Media.
Best Man
In 6th grade, we had to sit next to each during our elementary school "graduation", and that's where our friendship began. He's always been there for me, came to visit me in Texas after I moved, and even spent all his time with us in our last visit to Mexico. In all these years that we've known each other, he's been like a brother to me.
Bridesmaid
It started in the bathroom of our freshman dorm. I mean, that's where most college girls meet, right? We started as suite-mates but quickly became great friends. We recently visited Colorado together and hiked through the Rocky Mountains (notice the beautiful background of her photo!). She now lives in Milwaukee, WI working as a Treatment and Diversion Case Manager for JusticePoint, Inc.
Groomsman
We met in college and had several friends in common, but we really didn't talk that much. One day we decided that we were going to take a 1 month trip across Europe together. Since then we've been great friends. I even wrote his recommendation letter for his now job at the Rec. He currently lives in La Crosse finishing his major.
Bridesmaid
Our relationship began at her birth! My younger sister, Lily, came into my life when I was 9 years old. Once we got past our days of bickering, she grew into one of my greatest friends. As we both get older, our friendship and relationship continues to flourish and strengthen. She's also beginning a new chapter in her life . . . high school!
Groomsman
After returning from my sophomore year in Arizona, we started talking thanks to mutual friends. It was then that we realized that we were in the same kindergarten class. However, we never had a chance to really become friends. A lot of great memories have been made; from visits to Mexico City to getting lost in a really sketchy neighborhood. Through it all, he has always been there for me.
