What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If coming from Lynchburg, please plan to leave by 4 pm. Try to arrive by 4:40 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. This is an adults only event. Parents, take the night off!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be taking place outside.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, it will be to the right of the estate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Ubers should be available in Lynchburg, however, they are more difficult to get in Forest, where the wedding will be taking place.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Due to space constraints at our venue, we are regrettably unable to extend invitations for additional plus ones. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
