Things to Know for Wedding & Reception

Ceremony starts at 5PM & gates open at 4:15pm. The ceremony is located in the grass lawn outside. Once on property, hosts will guide you to valet & wedding ceremony. COLOR NOT TO WEAR: BRIDE will be wearing RED & request that NO ONE WEAR THE COLOR RED EXCEPT FOR BRIDE. COVID TESTING: This wedding and reception will be a COVID-free event. Therefore, to make sure everyone stays safe, we are requiring every person wanting to attend wedding and/or reception, vaccinated or not, ages 3 and up to take a free covid test at a location of your choice no more than 3 days prior to coming to our wedding. Proof of negative COVID results along with RSVP confirmation & temperature will be checked at the entry gate prior to entry onto the property. If both documents required above are not shown via paper and/or electronically via phone, NO ENTRY WILL BE ALLOWED TO WEDDING OR RECEPTION. NO EXCEPTIONS! Masks & gloves will be worn by all working staff. There will be hand sanitation stations at venue.

Answer

Yes security will be onsite as there will be alcohol at venue.

Are you Required to RSVP for both Wedding and Reception?

Answer

Yes you are required to RSVP for both or whatever event attending. Both events will have a box for you to check within the RSVP online. You must get a RSVP confirmation and present at the entry gate in order to gain entry onto the property. Guest names will be on RSVP, so please no extra guest not confirmed on RSVP as they will be turned away due to max number of people at venue.

Is COVID test and Mask Required?

Answer

Staff are required to wear mask and gloves. For Guest mask are optional. The COVID testing is not optional and is required. If running fever or no proof of negative COVID test, no entry will be given...NO EXCEPTIONS

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP but no later than 2 weeks prior to event. Last day to RSVP is November 15th 2021.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Cocktail attire/Slacks and Optional Jacket or Blazer/Formal Attire Dress-up Event. No Casual Attire allowed. Please DO NOT WEAR THE COLOR RED Male or Female TO THIS WEDDING OR RECEPTION AS BRIDE WILL BE IN RED AT BOTH EVENTS.

Can I bring a date?

RSVP WILL STATE THE NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED FOR EACH GUEST. Names must be given for guest. Please do not bring unaccounted for guest as they will be turned away at the door due to Max Count allotted for.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome but they must be on your RSVP list unless they are a lap child under 2. While we love the children this is an event for adults as there will be alcohol, dinner and dancing and we want to keep it appropriate and fun for everyone. Kids will be limited to your guest count on invite. At this time each guest only has a plus 1 unless adjusted prior on a case by case basis.
