We have a wedding room block at Topnotch Resort, The Stowe Village Inn and AWOL Stowe. Shuttles will be provided for Saturday’s events from these hotels, so we strongly encourage you to stay at one of these locations. If you choose not to stay at these hotels, parking will be available on-site at Topnotch Wedding Meadow, where the ceremony and reception will be held.
The welcome event on Friday night will take place via gondola on the mountain, so it may get windy or chilly once the sun sets. In the event of rain, the welcome event will be moved indoors to the base lodge. The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be under a tent. All events will take place on grassy fields, so please choose your footwear accordingly. We strongly encourage you to check the weather shortly before traveling to Vermont.
We would love for your kiddos to join us for the Welcome Party on Friday night, but we kindly ask that the wedding ceremony and reception be adults only. Please reach out if you have any questions!
Unfortunately, there are very limited Uber and Lyft services in this area of Vermont. Please use our provided shuttle services, the local transportation companies below, or plan to drive safely to and from events.
We recommend VT VIP Services or VT First Class Ride if you need a personal shuttle to take you to and from other locations or to the airport and bus station. If you need a local taxi company in Stowe, we recommend Sub Zero Taxi. We recommend that you schedule any personal transportation well in advance.
