Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Cheseldine residence in Clements, Maryland. There will also be a cocktail hour at the same venue.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. Our dress code is dressy casual. The wedding will be held outdoors on grass, so consider that when selecting shoes. The wedding and reception will be held near the water, so it might be cool and a little breezy.

Are there hotel room blocks?
Answer
Yes. We have blocked off sections of rooms at the Inn at Leonardtown in Leonardtown, MD, Avid Hotel in California, MD, Holiday Inn Express in California, MD, and Sleep Inn and Suites in California, MD. Please click on the "Travel" link on this website for more information.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
No, we are doing an unplugged ceremony and have hired photographers for the day. However, feel free to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception!

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will be held in a tent at the same location.

We'll be serving a buffet-style dinner catered by Flavaz. We’re lucky to already have a home full of what we need. Gifts are not necessary. However, if you’d like to give a gift, we would be grateful for a contribution to our future adventures together.
