In the beginning, God orchestrated the first meeting of two unique lives at a charity 5k. Happenstance or not, they were locked outside of their ride. Hours later, a spark was ignited. David knew he wanted to pursue, but he was not sure if they would ever see each other again, until one Advent evening. They struck an immediate connection over a desire to bring people together. After hosting several events, a foundation was formed. A framework centered around the encouragement of the gospel led them to a deeper friendship. After several closed doors, David realized that a DTR (Define the Relationship) moment was in order. It happened to be on his future mother-in-law’s birthday that he built up the courage to ask Christina on a date. She did not hesitate to accept. Their first date was one to remember with a tour at Serenbe Farms, a farm to table meal, and ending with a night gazing at the stars. A year later, the date was recreated on their friend's farm in Florida. After having grown together through the sharing of many laughs and creating new memories, there seemed no better time to begin their future together. A night under the stars in their friend’s barn would seal the deal. It is their honor to invite you all to witness the establishment of their covenant relationship.
