Please remember to contact your bank(s) for any debit/ credit cards you plan to use in Italy, notify your mobile provider and organize an international plan if desired, and pack an American adapter for electronics.
We recommend you check this site: https://www.salute.gov.it/travellers which will provide information about what's needed to travel from the US to Italy. If a negative test is needed for return to the US, there is a pharmacy in Stresa that takes walk-ins. Results are ready in 10 minutes and the cost is 25 euro/ person.
