Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

No, this is a 100% dry wedding alcohol will not be permitted on the premises and yes that includes the parking lot. We will have plenty of other things to drink as well as a sparkling cider toast. Thank you for your understanding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible but Please try to RSVP by August as we will have to send final head count to catering. If you miss that date please just reach out and we will try to get it sorted.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30 so please arrive with enough time to be seated before that time. My recommended time is 2:45 to give time to park and get seated in the Chapple.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, this is a family friendly function just be sure to include them in your head count so we can accommodate them in the dinner count. There will not be any highchairs so plan for that. Just be sure to keep an eye on your kiddos as they must be supervised at the venue at all times and the bridal party and other guests will not be available to help with this. We also ask that children stay off the stairs and keep to the ground level.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to provide for dietary restrictions, however you are more than welcome to reach out to Cassandra and coordinate you bringing something you are able to have.
