Things To Do

Take advantage of your trip to explore some nearby Seattle gems! If you're looking for hiking or specific restaurant recommendations, just let us know.

Discovery Park

Seattle, WA 98199

We absolutely love Discovery Park. It's a great way to get a taste of PNW nature without having to leave the city. Check out the beach and light house, enjoy BEAUTIFUL views over the Puget Sound, or even go for a short hike.

Seattle Space Needle and Observation Deck

400 Broad Street, Seattle, WA 98109

A classic Seattle tourist staple, and a fun way to spend a few hours. On a clear day, enjoy a 360 view of the city, Puget Sound, and mountain ranges is amazing!

Seattle Art Museum

1300 1st Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101

This place has everything...a diverse collection of local art, a sculpture garden, and easy access from downtown and the hotel blocks.

Pike Place Market

Seattle, WA

The historic downtown Seattle market...featuring local crafts, produce, flowers, seafood. See the Gum Wall and watch them throw fish.

Volunteer Park

1247 15th Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98112

This is probably our favorite spot in the city (and it is without a doubt Peppa's favorite)! It's very close to our apartment, so we love to come here and go for a walk, have a picnic, or play with the dog. The Volunteer Park Conservatory is very cool, and we've been meaning to check out the Seattle Asian Art Museum too.

Woodinville Wineries

Woodinville, WA

Looking for a change of pace for an afternoon and a chance to get a little out of the city? We've spent countless afternoons in Woodinville. Not too far from our wedding venue, this place has everything...dozens of wineries, great local food, and gorgeous vistas. Some of our favorites include: Alexandria Nicole, Chandler Reach, and Patterson Cellars.

South Lake Union

Seattle, WA

Both the hotel blocks are located in the South Lake Union neighborhood, and there is plenty to do in the area. Featuring a bikepath where you can walk along Lake Union, the Center for Wooden Boats, the Museum of History and Industry, and some great restaurant options.

Seattle Storm v. Indiana Fever

334 1st Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109

The Storm will be hosting Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever on Wednesday, May 22.

For all the days along the way
