David & Chelsey met in the fall of 2008. Chelsey was working with her cousin, at their family's bar/grill "Henrys" located in Rockland, Michigan. They both were cleaning up from 'Smorgasbord' that evening & when they were finished, they both sat down for their after work drink with some locals that were in the bar that night. Chelsey's cousin introduced her to her "Uncle David", who was her uncle on her mother's side of the family. David & Chelsey hit it off simultaneously & were completely inseparable up until Chelsey made the difficult decision to move back to Nashville at the beginning of 2010. Looking back, no matter the love they both shared, the timing just wasn't right for either of them back then. David & Chelsey nonetheless moved on with their lives, until about a decade later, that is. Chelsey moved back to her hometown of Rockland, MI & the minute David & Chelsey both laid eyes on each other again; They knew the timing just might be right this time around. And it completely was! 🥰 David & Chelsey have built a beautiful life together. David & Chelsey bought their first house in Rockland, MI in 2020. They brought a beautiful baby boy into the world, Hendrix Miles Plutchak, as well in 2020. They have nonetheless formed a beautiful, blended family of 7. David & Chelsey were married in a private-ceremony with their children & closest family members on their 5-year anniversary date, on July 3rd, 2023. They are excited for this next chapter in their lives & are looking forward to spending their marriage celebration with all of their family & friends on September 1st, 2023! “It was always you.”
