Your formal invitation will have additional details, but we ask that all RSVP's are returned by July 1st.
The number of seats we have reserved for you will be noted on your RSVP card so unless otherwise noted, unfortunately we cannot accomodate your plus one. If you think we may have made a mistake and left someone off your guest count, please email ruelas0375@gmail.com to verify. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that you arrange childcare for our wedding. Get ready for a parents-night-out! If you're travelling from out of town and need recommendations on a baby sitter, please contact the bride's mom: monicabriers@gmail.com for a list of babysitters we know & trust.
We recommend Formal Attire. Not quite black tie, but maybe leave the jeans & sundresses at home. For the girls, we recommend cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or a schnazzy pant suit. The ceremony will be on grass, so be careful with heel options. For the guys, suits are recommended, tux is optional. Dress shirt & tie with slacks works too!
Yes! There is lots of parking at the venue and cars can be left overnight. We recommend scheduling an Uber or Lyft ride for after the party to get you back to the hotel.
Great question and we're so happy you asked. COVID-19 protocols & mandates are constantly in flux and we will be closely monitoring the requirements for events as the date approaches. Check back here for updates! What we do know, is that California is requring large events to show proof of vaccination and a negative PCR test for attendance. We'll be partnering with our venue on requirements but in the meantime we encourage all of our family & friends to stay safe and get vaccinated!
