Welcome

While we missed having you all there to witness, we held our small, intimate ceremony on the 10th of October with our immediate families in our beautiful backyard. We are so excited to have you at our reception on September 18th, 2021! We're sorry for any inconvenience, but hope you understand our decision. We look forward to celebrating with you in September!

In January 2015, David and I moved into the same apartment building on Cherokee Street. It didn't take long to notice the cute guy next door. David loves his front porch hangs, so it was easy to run into each other as I was coming and going. For a year, we'd see each other in passing and slowly built a friendship. When my brother got a dog and we started spending more time on the back porch, David who was always in the front, started hanging with us in the back. It was then that I thought something might be happening between David and I, and we might be more than just neighbors. For months, we never exchanged phone numbers. So we were left with leaving notes on mailboxes and cars. David invited me on our first date to a concert at Powell Hall with a handwritten note on my windshield with checkboxes saying "Yes" or "No". Unfortunately, I was busy that night and had to decline. Weeks went by before he asked me out again. He invited me to the full moon viewing at the Compton Water Tower, but again, I had to reschedule. Then, he invited me to a show at the Muny. It was on. It has been a pretty sweet ride from that moment on ❤️ Since then, we have added to our family! We have Yakmaine, our siamese cat and Infinity, our blue tick coonhound. We couldn't be happier with our little family! **

Once you mark you calendars, take the Save The Date and plant it under a thin layer of soil, keep moist for the first several days and in a sunny spot and watch the wild flowers grow! 🌸🌼 We're doing our best to keep this wedding as eco-friendly as we can!
