Yes, the attire is "Formal." Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and long cocktail dresses.
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will occur indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but may need to step on grass briefly to take their seats for the ceremony.
We ask guests to arrive at 4:00pm to ensure you are seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm. If you are running late, unfortunately you will be held back until the ceremony ends. Thank you for understanding.
Yes, there is a free parking lot available to guests until 10pm and additional street parking nearby. Note that no parking is permitted at the Diablo Hills Golf Course’s Greenery Restaurant across the street.
Due to our desire to keep the guest list to those closest to us, we ask that you reach out to us personally if you would like to bring an additional guest not explicitly named in the invitation.
Yes, children are welcome. We're excited to celebrate with the whole family! We ask that parents make sure to keep them from walking in planted areas, or climbing rocks, trees, statues, or any water structures. There will plenty of outdoor space to stretch little legs, and we can't wait to see them cutting up on the dance floor, but ask that they stay off of it during the special dances.
We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. Our wedding photographer will capture the ceremony so we ask that no photos or videos are taken until cocktail hour.
Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Keep in mind we have waited a long time for this day, so please party accordingly.
Please RSVP by August 15, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, you will be marked as "not attending". While we apologize for the inconvenience, we must provide an accurate guest count to our vendors in a timely manner. We hope you understand.
