FAQs

Question

Where to park?

Answer

All street parking. Ankeny street and Laurelhurst ave are the closest streets.

Question

Attire?

Answer

Cocktail casual. Feel festive and fancy without the fuss. You do you. Men- slacks, button downs, blazers, sweaters, dress shoes, cowboy boots. Ladies- sundress, easy cocktail dress, lbds, jumpsuit. Although it will probably be raining, we have 100 people indoors so maybe layers. We do have a patio and side yard available to step out on.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola and on Amazon under Arin Dooley & David Cooper. You can view entire registry through Zola, which will redirect you to Amazon if you have selected a gift that is available on Amazon. Or you can just go to Amazon. We have most living essentials - hello kitchen aid I couldn’t wait to have!- and a tiny apartment so we veered untraditional and are focusing more on experiences. (Promise we’ll send pictures!) And stepping away from work so we can enjoy each other’s company and plan big ticket items- like house and family. Don’t you want to see a little David running around?

Question

Vaccination? Masks?

Answer

We are not requiring vaccination status. We trust our guests to have either been vaccinated or be diligent about their habits to not put others in harm’s way. The Oregon Mask mandate is lifted and we are not requiring guests to wear them. That being said, there will be those who wish to wear a mask. Do as you feel comfortable.

Question

Is David a good dancer?

Answer

We will have to get him to strut his stuff!

Question

Do I need cash for the bar? Beer, wine, cocktails?

Answer

No. We will have a hosted bar of beer and wine. However, Arin will never say no to slipping service staff extra cash for a job well done.

Question

Will there be a send off? Or an after party?

Answer

Arin and David will do a last song just before music ends at 10 and plan to do a quick clean of the venue before heading to their favorite Portland bar- Rose & Thistle- for a night cap.
