Yosemite National park is only a 1 hour drive to the park entrance and another 1 hour drive to Yosemite Valley. There are hotels and airbnbs along the way. Yosemite in the fall is a great time to visit. It is not as busy compared to summer and the weather is cooler. Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park
Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks are close to each other. From Fresno, it is about 1.5 hours to the entrance of Kings Canyon National Park. It is roughly 45 minutes from Visalia and 1 hour from Tulare to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Hotels are listed below; however, these parks can easily be day trips.
